BedroomCentral.com will ship your new sleep system FREE OF CHARGE anywhere in the contiguous U.S.A. Shipping usually occurs within 14 days of purchase date (special orders allow 12 weeks). You will receive an e-mail with tracking information when your order ships.
Please inspect all product prior to signing the paperwork from the shipping company. If there is damage from shipping please deny the damaged product and contact BedroomCentral.com.
Free delivery does not apply to S-Cape adjustable foundations.
WHITE GLOVE HOME DELIVERY AND SET UP
WHITE GLOVE HOME DELIVERY UPGRADE
White Glove home delivery and set up includes:
• Delivery of your mattress and foundation to your home
• Complete assembly of your new sleep system
• Disposal of packaging materials
• Removal or relocation of current mattress (additional C.O.D. fee)
• Please allow approximately 21 days for White Glove delivery

RETURN POLICY
  • No returns will be authorized before 30 nights or after 45 nights.
  • Prior to returning your sleep system, a Bedroomcentral.com sleep consultant must be notified via phone or e-mail.
  • Once notified you will receive an e-mail with a return authorization number (RA#) and return instructions.
  • All product must be returned in "like new" condition. Product must be unsoiled, free from hair, stains, and odor (i.e. cigarette smoke). Your complimentary mattress pad will protect your sleep system from hair and stains, not odor!
  • All product will need to be returned in original box and packaging.
  • It is the consumer's responsibility to pay the return shipping fee. Freight collect shipments will be refused.
  • Once the product has been returned and all conditions met, Bedroomcentral.com will refund the full purchase price including the initial shipping costs within 10 business days.
  • No returns or exchanges on The Scape® Adjustable Foundation power base.
