Before shipping, all air chambers are Individually Tested & Quality Assured and put through an extensive battery of quality control tests checking overall construction. Brass Connection Boot is engineered to insure a perfect connection assuring zero air loss at critical hose/connection juncture to allow for proper air inflation and zero loss of air once inflated. Easy to use Barrel Twist-N-Lock Inflator Connectors lock in place to prevent accidental disconnect during use and the spring-loaded stopper inside our proprietary barrel connector holds air in the chambers even when disconnected from the pump.

Our 1.8 pound high density edge support rails are wrapped with a memory weave material, which lock the side-to-side rails and the head-to-foot. By locking these rails together, the air chambers are not able to migrate outwards which can lead to a rolling to the center feeling. The as seen on t.v. air bed uses only Velcro to attach the corners and or uses a hard plastic corner locking system. This does not give any support to the rail the length of the mattress. This is another reason they have to put a three inch wide foam strip in-between the air chambers, to help reduce the rolling feeling experienced while laying towards the middle of the bed.
