Sheetsandcomforters.com is a factory direct online store. This means that all orders are built especially for you. We do not have a warehouse full of pre-made product to pick from. This is one of the ways that we keep the prices so low. All our products are shipped via UPS. Most items will ship within 10 business days. Please allow more time for odd sizes and bed skirts for those products are made by hand. For those who need a product sooner than later we offer a service that will guarantee shipment from the factory within 72 hours of placing the order. Please call for further details. Additional freight charges may be applied to oversized packages. P.O. Boxes will be assessed an additional $10. Prices below are for the continental US. Returns

We offer a 30 day Money Back Guarantee . If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt of your order, the item will be either replaced or a refund will be issued (minus s&h and restocking fee 15%) per our return policy. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt in original unused condition. This includes washing unless defective.

"Special Order" and "Discontinued" items are non returnable. Bed Skirts, Dust Ruffles, Valances and Canopy Tops are considered Special Order items.

Refunds, credits or exchanges will be processed within 10 business days from receipt and inspection. Returns sent with no RMA number will be refused.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled at no charge within 24 hours of placing your order. If orders are cancelled after 24 hours there will be a 15% cancellation fee. Orders will be charged the cancellation fee even if the product is taking a little longer than expected to ship.
